Stillingsbeskrivelse:
In addition to engaging with the CEO on a daily basis, you will also have a central function where you have the responsibility for the refinery with approximately 20 employees.
One of your primary areas of focus is to make sure that the production flow is constantly optimized and continuously is further developed according to the strategic plans, which you in collaboration with the leadership team have drawn up.

As a part of the leadership team, it is expected that you are a proactive contributor who will regularly come up with ideas and suggestions to improve the production and further development of the business in general.

You will thus both get to work on a strategic and operational level in this exciting position, where you will both fill in the role as factory manager who is capable of leading and motivate the employees with your democratic leadership, and you will take the lead and fill out the role as technical manager who people can approach when there is a need to discuss technical solutions and possibilities.

You are responsible for planning the work, and in day-to-day work you will among others work closely with the environment- and quality manager, the one responsible for the water treatment plant in Horsens, and last but not least the maintenance manager. The last mentioned, has been in the company for many years and works day-to-day as your right hand man at the factory.

You are responsible for every staff related dealings, such as preparation of staffing schedules, hiring, dismissals, training, etc. and not least, the motivation of the staff. Implementation of change management is also an important area, which you also are going to spend time on.
