You will be responsible for the IT support function for the company in Denmark, Norway and Sweden

Stillingsbeskrivelse:
You will be the connection between the Global IT, the local Management and the user-base in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. You will be managing the local IT budget, as well as you will be responsible for the budgets not being exceeded. It will be your overall responsibility that the entire IT infrastructure is running optimally in the affiliated offices in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. You will be working closely with your IT colleagues around the globe.

In your daily work, you will be supporting the entire infrastructure within IT, including hardware, software, printers, telephones, conference-systems, servers and networks. In this regard, it is important that you keep up to date on any new technology in the area of IT, relevant for the business area. It will be you who continuously tests and monitors the infrastucture to ensure a hassle-free operation.

You will have the possibility to plan most of your work yourself. Occasionally you will have to travel in Scandinavia in connection with supporting tasks at the local offices. You will report directly to the IT Service Delivery Management.

You are responsible for the contact to third party suppliers according to the Group´s overall procurement of the IT area.

Rarely two days are the same and it will never be boring. The tasks are versatile and require that you work structured and targeted. It is important that you have full overview of all local needs in your area, in order to ensure the right solutions for the users. As you are internationally and global responsible, it will be your job to ensure that the global IT policy is respected internationally and locally.

Egenskaber:
As a person you are outgoing, initiating and service minded. You have good technical IT experience, especially with the MS applications and operating systems as well as networks in general.

You work structured within your area of responsibility, with an open dialogue with the users.

You prefer to have a busy day and to have many tasks going on at the same time. You are professional and with the ability to be in control of your daily tasks. You take pride in providing high service and are good at complying with deadlines.

It is expected that the applicant is flexible and has the ability to work in a global enviroment.
Experience in IT projects is an advantage.

If you are familiar with one of the Scandinavian languages, it will be an extra plus.

Erhvervserfaring:
You have minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, but if you have recently graduated and possess the right attitude regarding service to users, we would like to hear from you as well.

If you have been employed in education/training within IT-systems it will be an advantage.

Uddannelser:
It is expected that you have a relevant educational background within IT. Alternatively you are autodidact and very proficient.

Sprogkunder / EDB:
You master Danish and English in written and oral. And you are also an experienced user of IT.
