Responsible for the selling and marketing of sheet piling, steel elements for concrete reinforcements as well as assosiated products in Denmark and Sweden

Stillingsbeskrivelse:
With a sales strategy as your foundation, you will be responsible for developing the sales and the marketing of the company sheet piling solutions within steel elements for concrete reinforcement as well as associated products in Denmark and Sweden. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy.

By extending knowledge of the products, the main task will be to increase market shares within the company market areas.
It will be your responsibility to be updated on the overall developments and have an eye on what trends there are being created in the market. This by being present with the customers.

It is important that your presence with the customers creates a trust that will ensure that ArcelorMittal is the preferred supplier of steel products.

You will have a base at the Copenhagen office, however it is expected that 50% of your time be used travelling. Furthermore, it will be expected that you travel out of the country from time to time. During this time, you will be visiting customers primarily in Sweden or visiting the factories. You should also expect that participation in trade fairs are required.

Your primary tasks will be to create, maintain and expand long-term customer relationships with your customers. These will be tunnel consortia, contractors, concrete element manufacturers, concrete factories and steel wholesalers.
It is expected that you will be able to give advice on a technical high level, about the product and solution possibilities.

To some extend you will also be involved in EU-tenders within the rail sector.

To some extend you will also be involved in in sales support and commercial/technical aftersales tasks.

Your time with the company will, therefore, begin with an intense education program in various company locations where you will get a thorough introduction to the products, preparation of technical calculation etc.
Once in the job, you will have a close working relationship with the steel mills across Europe. The specialists support you in preparing technical calculations are based in Luxemburg. You will also be working closely with a sales team located in Denmark.

Egenskaber:
You are an ambitious, energetic and result orientated person with good sales experiences. Likely from the industry.

It is expected that you possess broad experiences within project sales, contract negotiations and bidding.
You are capable of building up a wide knowledge about the products, the market and the competitors as well as the production processes, as you will be reporting directly to the regional Sales Manager located in Denmark.

You manage your time well.

You thrive in an out-going position where your primary tasks will be to sell and cultivate, maintain and build good customer relations in a strong international and highly competitive environment.
You will have experience from a similar position with a minimum of 5 years of seniority.

As a person, you are a flexible and out-going team player who is capable of strategic thinking. You must be self-driven and result orientated with an open mind.

Erhvervserfaring:
You have good experiences with technical sales in one or several countries.

If you have industry experience and knowledge of supply chain, it will be an advantage.

Uddannelser:
It is a requirement if your educational experience as an engineer, building technician or another relevant highly technical background.

Alternative you have several years of experience within the concrete- construction industry.

Sprogkunder / EDB:
It is expected that you can work in the Swedish market in regard to the language. On all other markets, English will be the primary language as the company language is English.

It is expected that you master English in both speech and writing on negotiation level.
