You will become a part of a company in rapid development, which as a part of an ambitious growth plan, has decided to insource the financial and accounting function. You are therefore in charge of building the financial function and will get a good opportunity to contribute with your knowledge in economics and accounting, but also in relation to HR and various administrative tasks and procedures in general. As the position is newly created, you will be able to influence your work area, and you will also be responsible for continuous adjustments and optimization of processes in and around the functional areas of work, in line with the growth of the company.

On a daily basis, you will refer to the CEO but will have an ongoing dialogue with the parent company in China.

As you are the only bookkeeper, the position includes the usual accounting tasks, such as bookkeeping, credit and debt management etc. and at the same time you will also manage the reporting, budgeting, preparation of the monthly report and annual statements etc. The ongoing dialogue with lawyers, auditors, insurance companies, authorities etc. will also be a part of your assignments.

You will be main responsible for ensuring that the company's contracts are adequate, changes in personnel and collective matters, updating of the staff manual and various personnel policies as well as the continuous development within this area.

You are expected to create and introduce operational economic analyzes and reports on the company's business areas, which will serve as a management tool and decision making tool for the management and the owners.

Developing and optimizing the accounting function, as well as maintaining some of the many ongoing initiatives is also an important part of your job.

You are fluent in English, both written and oral. You are an experienced user of IT and therefore also an experienced user of Microsoft Excel.
