Stillingsbeskrivelse:
We are looking for Area Sales Managers responsible for the market development and sales of Balluff products and solutions in Denmark.

You will become part of Balluff’s dedicated team of employees in Denmark and will have the opportunity to collaborate with many competent colleagues on a global level across all industries.

The following high quality products will be part of what you will present and sell to your customer portfolio - all the equipment is designed especially for the industry and the tough demands required for accountability:

- Balluff’s premium sensor and system technology for every application and requirement, from position management and identification to object recognition and fluid measurement for everyday industrial uses and for tough applications in critical environments.

- Balluff’s RFID, a wide range of innovative and flexible combined systems for the low frequency (LF), high frequency (HF) and ultra-high frequency UHF) measuring equipment.

- Balluff’s Vision Solutions (BVS), an image processing device consisting of camera based sensors to control the quality of the finished products as well as single components in a production.

- Industrial network solutions where the combination of a robust industrial network and the IO-Link standard will secure a trustworthy and flexible exchange of information and data even in the toughest industrial areas.

You will have the responsibility for a portfolio of existing customers, which you will develop and grow, and also alongside look up potential new customers consisting of a wide range of production companies and machine builders (OEM customers) within the Danish Industry.

You will mainly work from home, but will once a month work in the office in Ålborg. You will be expected to spend most of the time with your customers. Balluff is a company that pulls together, but you will be working independently and get the assistance you need i.e. quotes and offers by a colleague in the sales department. This person will also be your sales backup in you daily work. You will have the possibility to get technical assistance through the sales department and the technical organization in Germany (English speaking) as well as our local technical engineering team for your customer meetings.

You refer to the country manager, but you will orchestrate your own workday, where you prepare and plan your customer communication and meetings.

Egenskaber:
You are initiative with a great drive and can manage to work on your own, but you need to be a good team player too. You are independent and thrive in your own company when planning your work. You need good communication skills, especially regarding the technology.

Erhvervserfaring:
You have experience from a similar position selling technical products to the industry in Denmark. It is an advantage if you have worked in factory automation.

Uddannelser:
It is an advantage, but not essential that you have a background as an Engineer.

Sprogkunder / EDB:
You are fluent in written and verbal English and you are confident working with IT.
